Payment details are processed by Shopify and approved payment providers. CustomGiftJoy does not store your complete card number.

Currency and bank charges

Prices and the checkout currency are displayed before you place an order. If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or card provider may apply conversion rates or additional fees. These charges are controlled by your provider.

When is payment captured?

Your payment method is charged when the order is successfully placed, subject to verification by the payment provider. Production begins after payment and order details are accepted.

Payment not going through?

Confirm your billing details, available funds, and any verification request from your bank. You can also try another payment method displayed at checkout or contact your provider.

CustomGiftJoy does not offer cash on delivery. Never send card details by email or live chat.
