Order changes
Contact us quickly if something needs to change.
Personalized orders move into preparation quickly. Requests are reviewed based on the order status at the time we receive them.
Cancellation and modification window
Orders may be eligible for cancellation or modification within 2 hours of being placed. Contact us immediately with your order number and the exact change requested.
Important: A request is not confirmed until our team verifies that the order has not entered production. After the 2-hour window, the order may be locked for processing and changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Personalization changes
Changes to names, dates, messages, photos, sizes, colors, or shipping details may delay production. During high-volume periods, a requested design change can also affect the estimated delivery timing.
How to submit a request
- Contact us through the form on our Contact Us page.
- Include the email used for the order and your order number.
- State whether you want to cancel or modify the order.
- For modifications, provide the corrected information clearly.
After production begins
Because personalized products are made specifically for the submitted order, we cannot guarantee cancellation, modification, or change-of-mind returns after production begins. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled under our Refund Policy.
